| Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP)
As the temperatures remain below zero over the next few days, we’re offering overnight accommodation for all rough sleepers in the county as part of our Severe Weather Emergency Protocol (SWEP).
SWEP is activated for anyone who is sleeping rough when the weather is predicted to fall to zero degrees or below for three consecutive nights.
All rough sleepers known to us have already had an offer of accommodation previously and are reminded again that this help remains available.
