| Proposal: | I am seeking permission to render the internal walls of the annexe building. They are currently without any render . The floor of the annexe is a concrete screed. I would like to render the walls with a lime insulating plaster to improve the energy performance of the building whilst also allowing the walls to breath. This also enhances the historical look of the building internally. Although insulating plaster is completely traditional its a lot better than using the normal gypsum which I would probably get permission to use as the floor is concrete. |
